Revelation 19:11–16
— I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war. 12 His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. The Central Georgia EMS Directors Association proudly presents the Life Saving Award to
Deputy Ryan Hall,
Johnson County Sheriff’s Office,
In recognition of his extraordinary actions on the night of October 26, 2025.
On that evening, Deputy Hall responded to a call for assistance from a city police officer involving an officer-involved shooting and an out-of-control, unannounced attack that resulted in a Johnson County firefighter being critically injured. Due to the severity of the injuries, traditional life-saving measures were ineffective.
Demonstrating exceptional presence of mind, adaptability, and commitment to preserving life, Deputy Hall placed the injured firefighter into his patrol vehicle and utilized a seatbelt as an improvised tourniquet to control severe blood loss. He immediately transported the firefighter to the nearest hospital, where the patient was placed into the care of emergency medical professionals within minutes.
Deputy Hall remained by the firefighter’s side throughout treatment in the emergency room until the firefighter was later transferred to a Level I trauma facility. His decisive actions, courage under pressure, and unwavering dedication directly contributed to saving a life.
The Central Georgia EMS Directors Association commends Deputy Hall for his selfless service, professionalism, and exemplary commitment to the safety and well-being of his fellow first responders and the community he serves.
As a former LEO amd currently a FIreFighter, I want to say congratulations brother you are amazing in so many ways.So with that being said please lets give our very owm CAA Ryan Hall and very big congratulations.

I pray each day that God guides my steps, sharpens my judgment, and protects not only me, but every brother and sister who serves in law enforcement. We answer the call to protect our communities, but above all, we answer to Him.
