My name is Jason Daniels. I am a First Class Petty Officer in the US Navy. I’ve been in for 18 years. For the last 10 years I’ve been suffering from severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I’ve been on several different medications, and they work ok, but it’s not giving me the quality of life I’m looking for.

I’ve been away from the church for a very long time, and I’m hoping this will bring back something in my life that I feel is missing. I’m also looking to be a part of something larger than myself. I’m also looking for the comradely that I don’t have in the Navy being surrounded by people 10–15 years younger than me.
I’m ready to begin letting the Lord back into my life and give me the power to heal what is broken inside of me. My eyes are welling with tears as I write this, so I’m taking this as sign that it is time to give my life over to Jesus and the church. Thank you for reading this and may God bless every one of you.
