Big thank you to 1Sgt. Steve Christopher who continues to be a great mentor and close friend to me everyday. We had some great conversations today about life and how God has worked in them..

I spent much of my life leaning on my own understanding- I thought I had to do the heavy lifting. Looking back, I lacked the faith I needed to let go and let our Lord God lead. Even now, it is difficult to let go and just believe after years of programming.
