St. Michael did not triumph because he was consumed by rage.
He triumphed because he was perfectly aligned with the will of God.
The same is expected of us.
Our homes should become places of peace because we are present.
Our churches should become stronger because we serve.
Our communities should become better because we act with integrity.
Our words should inspire confidence because they are rooted in truth.
A modern Templar does not measure success by how many arguments he wins.
He measures it by how faithfully he reflects Christ.
The world has enough outrage.
It desperately needs men whose presence brings courage, hope, and peace.
Be the man whose faith steadies others.
Be the man whose integrity cannot be bought.
Be the man whose character speaks before his words ever do.
Carry your sword only after you have learned to carry your cross.
