JESUS’ FIRST WARNING ABOUT THE END TIMES:
When the disciples asked Jesus about the sign of His coming and the end of the world, His first warning wasn’t war, famine, earthquakes, pestilence, or persecution.
It was deception.

Before Jesus described everything that would happen, He told His disciples to guard their minds and pay attention to who they believed.

That warning matters now more than ever. We live in a time when lies can circle the world in seconds. False teachers have unlimited platforms. Doctored videos look real. Headlines manipulate emotions. People claim God told them things He never said, while others twist Scripture to fit whatever the culture already wants to believe.
Not every preacher holding a Bible is teaching the Bible. Not every supernatural sign comes from God. Not everyone using the name of Jesus belongs to Jesus.
The greatest danger in the last days may not be that people reject the truth outright. It may be that they accept a counterfeit that looks close enough to fool them.
Jesus said deception would be so powerful that, if it were possible, even the elect would be deceived. That is why Christians must know Scripture for themselves. Test every teaching. Compare every claim with the Word of God. Stop trusting someone simply because they are popular, confident, emotional, or supposedly prophetic.
The first command Jesus gave concerning the end times was simple..
Pay attention. Know the truth. Let no man deceive you.
