The Liturgy of the Hours or Divine Office allows us to start our day with prayer, pause throughout the day with prayer and conclude your day with prayer. I would also recommend reading or using as a daily meditation "Imitation of Christ" by Thomas Kempis. This a great book to read when you feel challenged by the evil one or if you feel your prayer life is dry. God Bless and have a great week.

As July is here, we must prepare ourselves for the devotion of the Sacred Blood of Jesus.

The seven key instances are the Garden of Gethsemane, Being struck in the face, Plucking of his beard, Scouring at the Pillar, Crown of Thorns, Piercing of his hands and feet, Piercing of His Side.

Jesus needed to shed his blood 7 times in 7 different areas of His Holy body, so that we could receive a complete and perfect Salvation and Freedom from the enemy.

This verse from Paul hits home very time. Romans 8:31: If God is for us, who can be against us. This world is crazy and this a reminder to me that the Lord is with us and we will continue to fight the good fight for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
