If a bystander can personalize my presence then it takes away from the aspect of being a symbol for the cause of Christ. Non nobis, Domine, non nobis, sed nomini tuo da gloriam When it comes to sharing the path with people pushing strollers, children passing by, elderly or other citizens, I make it obvious that I am stepping aside, standing at attention and staring straight ahead as they pass. Being respectful, cordial, and chivalric is the message. People see it and love it. I will go alone again if I have to but if anyone else would be interested to join me it wouldn't be in vain. So far I've done Oswego NY. They gather in masses in front of city hall with their signs and along the bridges every Saturday. This week and over the weekend there is an event in the next city over, Fulton NY. People are already taking to the streets and the bridges will be robust with gatherers. Now is the time Templar brothers and sisters. Divine apathy serves no one. I will be checking my messages routinely in hopes I see volunteers to join in this day and age. As always I offer my full compliance to the chain of command within this order. My first intention is to not brandish any OMSDT regalia as to not direct any unwanted attention to the order. But if otherwise specified there could be a viable means of recruitment involved. Godspeed.
