Hello, Priory of St. Joan members ~
I hope my post finds you all well and that you're all continuing to enjoy your membership. Prior William has contacted me and sadly he has informed me that he is stepping down as your Priory leader. As life does to all of us sometimes, Prior Bill's life has become increasingly busy over the past several months. I hope my post finds you all well and that you're all continuing to enjoy your membership. Prior William has contacted me and sadly he has informed me that he is stepping down as your Priory leader. As life does to all of us sometimes, Prior Bill's life has become increasingly busy over the past several months. His job has created increased responsibilities for him to assume and his labors of love in his local church has expanded immensely. He expressed that although he very much enjoyed leading the Priory, he feels he simply won't have the proper amount of time to dedicate to the responsibilities of leading a Priory. The good news is that Prior Bill will remain a member of the Order at his last rank of Knight Captain.
Eventually there will be a new Priory leader, but for the time being, I will be overseeing the Priory, and the current officers of the Priory will continue in their roles, as I greatly appreciate the work they've been doing. Any scheduled Priory meetings have been postponed but will resume soon.
To all members, please continue on as you have been; making your posts, answering the weekly Roll Call, and interacting with all members in the Order. It's our goal that your Templar journey is enjoyable and that we create an atmosphere of genuine sister/brotherhood. Any Priory meetings that may have been scheduled will be postponed for the time being, but as soon as everything is sorted out, they will resume.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you should have any questions or if you need assistance in the Academie. GT may also be able to assist you with any problem you may have in the Academie. Also feel free to reach out to GSY Renee' Nordio, as she will very likely be able to help you out.
Please join me in thanking Prior Bill for all that he has done in the Order and for the Priory of St. Joan. We look forward to still enjoying a sister/brotherhood with him as a member.

P.S. The official motto for the Priory of St. Joan is Act and God will Act. There seems to have been some confusion among members, but Act and God will Act is actually a quote from St. Joan of Arc herself, and that is indeed the Priory motto. Please make sure you include that in your signature. Thanks!

At conclave we recognized two leaders that have been doing a great job leading their priories. Two Merit Awards were given at the Investiture Ceremony. The first to Prior William Ryan who has shown great commitment in leading the Priory of St. Joan of Arc. He fulfilled one year as Master Commander and has served as Prior beginning in May 2025.
